These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bp44 online gaming platform, accessible at bp44.vip. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "User") and bp44 ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"). • You must be a natural person and be accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of a third party or business entity.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on bp44 or any other gaming platform with which bp44 has a self-exclusion sharing arrangement.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and keep that information current at all times. Providing false personal information is grounds for immediate account termination.

2. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account with bp44 at any given time. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed upon detection. Any winnings or bonuses accumulated in a duplicate account may be forfeited. Registration of an account constitutes your representation that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 1.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bp44 will never ask you for your password by email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
• All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, withdrawals requested, and bonuses claimed — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised the specific transaction.

• bp44 is not liable for any losses suffered as a result of unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

Your account must be registered in your own legal name and must correspond to the name on the payment method(s) you use for deposits and withdrawals. Mismatches between account name and payment method name may trigger an enhanced verification requirement before withdrawals can be processed.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

bp44 supports deposits and withdrawals through a range of Bangladesh-specific payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bp44 does not charge any fee on deposits made via supported mobile wallet methods. Fees may apply to certain bank transfer methods; any applicable fees will be disclosed at the point of transaction.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

bp44 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and returning players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is active. By claiming any bonus, you agree to be bound by those specific promotional terms as well as these general Terms. The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms:

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds and are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately. Real money funds are used first when placing bets, unless the applicable promotional terms specify otherwise.
• bp44 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed. Once a bonus has been credited to your account, the bonus and any associated wagering requirement remain in force until completed or until the bonus expires.
• Each bonus promotion may only be claimed once per eligible player per promotional period unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times through the use of duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Winnings generated from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the wagering requirement specified in the applicable promotion terms before withdrawal is permitted.
• bp 44 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or any form of fraudulent activity in connection with a promotion.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on bp44 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant market or game at the time the bet is placed. By placing a bet or participating in any game on the platform, you accept those game or market rules in full. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity on bp44:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bp44. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register a duplicate account, or registering an account using false identity information.
• Using the platform to launder money or to disguise the origin of funds derived from illegal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical device to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes, including match-fixing or result-sharing arrangements.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform to gain credits, winnings, or any other benefit to which you are not legitimately entitled.
• Registering or using an account while subject to a self-exclusion arrangement, or on behalf of a person who is self-excluded or otherwise prohibited from gaming.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

bp44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to eligibility violations, prohibited activities, or failure to complete KYC verification.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion, or any other activity that bp44 reasonably believes may be illegal or harmful to the integrity of the platform.
• A player's request for self-exclusion, which bp44 will action within the timeframe set out in the Responsible Gaming policy.
• A period of prolonged account inactivity as defined in bp44's dormant account policy, which is published separately.

Where an account is closed at the player's own request without any outstanding Terms breach, any legitimate remaining balance (net of bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, bp44 reserves the right to retain the balance pending investigation.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to resell or commercially exploit any platform content, to collect and use any product listings or descriptions, to make any derivative use of the platform or its content, or to use any data mining, robots, or similar data-gathering and extraction tools in relation to the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bp44 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your inability to access or use the platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any part thereof, whether caused by technical failure, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond bp44's reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage arising from the actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, including delays in deposit or withdrawal processing that are attributable to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or any banking partner.
• Any loss arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure, or from your sharing of account access with a third party.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit bp44's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

bp44 collects and processes personal data in connection with the operation of the platform, including registration data, transaction records, identity verification documents, device and session data, and communications records. The collection and use of personal data is governed by bp44's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
